FAQ
Your questions, our answers
Is the gîte suitable for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility?
Yes. The entrance is step-free and bedroom 1 is on the ground floor, with its own shower room (walk-in shower) and WC. There’s no need to use the stairs.
How far is Lourdes?
The Lourdes Sanctuary is about 10 minutes away by car. There are also trains from Ossun station, a 5-minute walk from the gîte.
How do I book?
The easiest way: call Hélène on +33 6 52 83 26 98 or email location.ossun@gmail.com. You can also book on Airbnb. A 30% deposit confirms your booking.
Are sheets and towels provided?
You can bring your own or hire bed linen and towels for €35 per stay.
Can we come with a baby?
Of course! A travel cot, high chair, baby bath, potty and booster seat are lent free of charge. The garden is fully enclosed.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the gîte.
Is there an internet connection for remote working?
Yes, the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and the house has a quiet work corner.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 4 and 7 pm and check-out by 10 am. A secure key box also allows self check-in.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, cheque, ANCV Chèques-Vacances, PayPal, or payment via Airbnb.
Do you speak my language?
Hélène speaks French, English and Spanish. For other languages, a written message (email or WhatsApp) with a translation tool works very well.
